EMEA Payroll Specialist
EMEA Payroll Specialist required for our global manufacturing client. We are looking for an experienced European Payroll Specialist to work with our European HR team initially on a 6 month project.
As a EMEA Payroll Specialist you will responsible for coordinating the payroll for all our associates(c1000+employees) for our main EMEA locations (UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands). You will ensure compliance with local legislation and payroll tax requirements in the respective countries and prepare and file required reports.
Managing global time attendance, time off, gross pay, & wage & hour compliance. You will control of our international payroll using Cloud Pay global payroll platform to achieve full visibility into payroll performance and compliance, while driving operational improvements via our Workforce Management System, Replicon.
Other duties include:
• Assist in the preparation of the entire cycle of payroll in UK and other European countries.
• Complete special payroll & finance related projects as needed.
• Serves as the point of contact for all EMEA associates and HR Tteam regarding payroll inquiries.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Human Resources, IT and external payroll service providers.
Skills & Experience Required:
Significant global Payroll experience of processing multi-state payroll and/or equivalent payroll system experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and the ability to work in an accurate way.
Ability to interact in a professional manner with partners, employees and all levels of management.
Maintain high level of organization, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes in process.
Proficient in Microsoft programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience of Cloud Pay payroll system
Experience of Replicon workforce Management system advantageous.
Due to the current Covid restrictions this role offers the opportunity to work from Home.
Working Hours: 36.25 hours Monday To Friday (Occasional out of office hours support may be required)
Salary Guide: c£35k to £38k
