? Ordering parts and equipment necessary to complete each project (within predefined costs). 
? Logging and chasing all deliveries, including updating SAGE POs with delivered status. 
? Maintaining a list of all equipment on hire and ensuring it has been off-hired/collected. 
? Informing client contacts of our intended presence on site and checking for any specific requirements. 
? Collating job completion paper work and preparing invoicing requirements, including ensuring there is a relevant client PO 
? Keeping site staff updated with requirements/changes to work schedule. 
? Disputing incorrect purchase invoices received and adding correct purchase invoices to SAGE. 
? Monitor stock levels within the stores and engineer?s vehicles building, used on site and re ordered. 
? Set up and up-date job details on PDA system. 
? Produce management reports for the Site Services Manager 
? Maintain job files and set up new job files when required. 
? To assist with co-ordination and scheduling of jobs and contracts effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with the site staff, the Site Services manager and also the internal Liaison Management Team, who are the source of approximately half of the workload. 

Skills required for the position include:- 

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, together with the ability to liaise with Customers, suppliers and site staff on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation of the department. 
? Strong time management and prioritisation skills will be required to adapt to the fluid nature of the work.

Our client is a leading specialist engineering company and is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic CNC Programmer / Setter to join their expanding Engineering division. 

You will be tasked with creating new programs using Fanuc controls, setting tools and offset data and precision machining as required.

Additionally, you will be responsible for proof machining components, running machines and inspecting the parts that are produced. Working to tight tolerances, you will produce high quality components from customers drawings and sample parts
You must able to program and set and be familiar with various 3 or 5 axis machine tools. If you have Fanuc, Haas, Seimens, Hyundai or Bridgepoint experience you may be considered for training.

Must be a time served Machinist &amp; have experience of medium to heavy Machine Shops.
