Job Description

Sales Administrator required for our client - a leading supplier of hardware and gardening products in Cradley Heath.

Our client has a fantastic role available for an ambitious candidate to join a growing firm where progression and development opportunities are easily attainable. Our client has a fantastic reputation within their Industry and are looking for a driven and experienced candidate to join their team as a Sales Administrator.

Previous experience working within an office environment would be ideal, as well as handling inbound calls, processing orders and supporting both clients and colleagues. You must be well organised and have a proven track record of working on your own initiative.

In return you will be working with a great team of colleagues and state of the art facilities. You will also receive ongoing training and support with excellent routes to progress.

Job Responsibilities:

• take inbound calls both internal and external.
• Handling queries and complaints from customers.
• Process orders and assist with quotations.
• Input orders onto the system.
• General administrative duties.
• Support colleagues daily.


Required Skills:

• Excellent telephone manner.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Competent with all Microsoft Packages.

Salary: £15000-£18000 (Dependant on Experience)

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday
