Job Description

Customer Service Assistant required for our client based in Stourbridge.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join one of our clients who are a multinational cleaning supplies company. The Customer Service Assistant will report directly to Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for providing technical and product support to a wide range of customer, develop and manage customer accounts as well as carrying out general administration duties.

Responsibilities:
• Providing technical and product support on the companies wide range of products.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Monitor customer spending to try and maximise sales.
• Ensuring all queries and complaints are dealt with professionally and to the highest of standards.
• Arranging the return of goods.
• General administration work such as processing orders and customer data management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Experience within a Customer Service or Telesales role is advantageous.
• Clear and accurate communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
• Must be able to work efficiently both as a team and under your own initiative.

Immediate Start - Temp to perm trial period

37.5 Hours Monday to Friday.

Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 P.A. dep on experience
